Retro textured faux leather chair
Faux leather with a deep emboss gets closest to a vintage grain while still wiping clean, which is what most busy floors actually need.

What the emboss is doing
Deep grain on faux leather gives the surface somewhere for light to fall, which is what makes it read as leather from across a room. It also holds up better than a smooth finish on a hard-used seat, because small marks disappear into the pattern instead of sitting on top of it.
The limitation is depth. Deep emboss collects dust in the grain and needs a brush rather than a cloth, which is worth knowing before specifying it for a floor where everything gets wiped in one pass at close.
The same frame as C121
This model shares its frame and footprint with the vintage texture chair, so a run can mix the two covers and still look like one purchase. That is useful where one zone sits under brighter light and needs a warmer read.
Footprint at 440 mm wide fits two chairs to a 900 mm two-top without crowding, which is the tightest common pub layout.
