What to send

Send whatever you have on WhatsApp — open a chat and attach the file there. The more of the following you can give, the fewer rounds of questions before a firm price:

• Counter or table height. The single most important number, because it fixes the seat height.
• Run lengths. Counter length, or the wall run for booth seating, measured at roughly seat height rather than at the floor.
• Cover count. How many seats along the counter, and how many at tables or in booths.
• Plan or photograph. Dimensioned plans are ideal; a photograph with wall lengths written on it is workable.
• Finish direction. Timber or metal, and the fabric family if it is already decided. Swatches welcome.
• Quantity and destination country. Both affect packing, freight and the production slot.

What comes back, and when

Within three working days: a drawing pack with the models proposed, seat heights, finishes, quantities against each zone of the room, and a written quotation. Where a dimension looks wrong we flag it rather than quoting around it.

If the layout needs a physical check, a sample follows in 15 days with no sampling fee and one revision included.

If you are still at concept stage

That is a reasonable time to talk. We can tell you the seat heights the room will need, the stool density the counter length supports, and which of the five product types the plan actually requires — before the joinery is drawn and before the bar top is fixed. Conversation at that stage costs nothing and regularly saves a re-draw.
