Bar chair, timber frame option
Frame material is the one specification that should follow the room rather than the catalogue, which is why this model is quoted on either.

Same seat, two frames
Seat height and seat shape are set by the room: the counter decides how high, and the room decides how wide. Frame material is a separate question, and it follows cleaning routine, floor type and the look of the joinery behind it.
Timber frames suit a room built around timber and are quieter underfoot on a hard floor. Metal frames take a hose-down and a hard knock, and they suit a floor where chairs are moved rather than slid.
Black as the starting point
Black disappears against a dark bar front and against shadow under a table, which is why it is held as the standard. Other colours are made to the frame colour of your scheme, so the chair either matches the joinery or deliberately steps away from it.
Container quantities are quoted at factory pricing because the frame is cut and finished on the same line as the rest of the range, not bought in as a finished chair.
