Iron frame chair, waterproof PU leather
Waterproof PU is the cover you choose when the alternative is re-covering the chair every eighteen months, and it is the reason this chair survives a busy bar.

What waterproof actually buys
Spilled beer and spirits sit on the surface of a sealed PU rather than soaking into a weave, so cleanup is a cloth and not a wet-vac. On a floor where drinks go over several times a week, that is the difference between a cover that lasts and a cover that smells.
The limit is abrasion, not liquid. Sealed PU wears through at the front edge of the seat where guests slide in, so the wear pattern shows there first. The stitched seam at that edge takes the scuffing instead of the coating.
Iron frame, painted rather than plated
Powder-coated iron holds its finish through knocks that chip a plated surface, and a chip on plated steel starts a corrosion line that runs. The frame here is coated after welding so the joints are covered, not left as bare metal in a crevice.
Five colours are held as standard because most schemes need the chair to either match the joinery or deliberately not; brown and black carry the timber and the dark bar fronts, pink and white sit in lighter rooms, and dark grey disappears against a shadow line.
