High-back metal stool, H1030 mm
High back on a slim metal frame is the hardest version of this stool to build, because the back has to stay stiff with nothing behind it to brace against.

Stiffness without bulk
Tall backs on a thin frame flex unless the section is folded rather than flat. That fold is what lets the frame stay slim at the sides while carrying the load of a guest leaning back, and it is the difference between a stool that feels solid and one that springs.
Check the fold at the top corner. Sharp folds with no radius crack the coating first and the metal after a few thousand leans.
1030 mm and the counter line
At 1030 mm the back sits just above a 1050 mm bar top, which reads as a continuous line along the counter rather than as a row of individual chairs.
