Compact timber stool, H750 mm
350 mm square is the smallest footprint in this range, and it is what lets a counter seat four where three would fit on a standard stool.

The smallest seat that works
At 350 mm the seat is narrow enough that a guest sits square, which is fine for a twenty-minute drink and wrong for a two-hour stay. That distinction is the whole reason this size exists, and it should be matched to the service model rather than to the floor plan alone.
Short sittings per seat are what make a small footprint pay: more covers, more turns.
750 mm overall, not 750 mm seat
Stated as an overall height, 750 mm puts this stool in the low group rather than the bar group. Against a 900 mm counter it is a perching stool; against a 750 mm table it is a chair.
