Iron frame stool, 650 or 750 mm
430 mm across is narrow enough that a run of these gains a seat every three metres, and the ergonomic back is what keeps that gain from being paid for in comfort.

Narrow seat, shaped back
430 mm of seat only works if the back does the work of holding the guest square, because there is no extra width to lean into. The back on this frame curves forward at the sides for that reason: it keeps the shoulders inside the seat outline instead of hanging over it.
Five colours, two in a deep tone, because a narrow stool on a dark floor disappears entirely if it is also dark.
Iron base at two heights
Iron bases are heavier than steel tube for the same outline, which is what stops a narrow stool walking at 750 mm. The weight is in the base, not the frame, so the stool still carries easily by the seat.
