Metal commercial stool, colour card
Five colours on a steel frame is a colour-coded floor plan waiting to happen, and that is genuinely useful when a room has to signal which zone is table service and which is order at the bar.

Colour as wayfinding
Rooms with two service models need the guest to know which one applies where. Colour on the stool does that without signage: green for the standing zone, grey for the counter, pink for the lounge corner. It reads instantly from the door and it costs nothing extra on a powder coat line.
What it does not do is hide wear. Pale colour on a bar floor shows a scuff as a grey mark within a month, and touching up a powder coat in place is not possible — the leg goes back to the sprayer.
Steel, made to size
Sizing a steel stool to the counter is easier than sizing a timber one, because the frame is welded rather than jointed. That is why made-to-order on steel is common and made-to-order on timber is a project.
