Adjustable steel lounge stool
One adjustable stool will not furnish a lounge, but it will cover the two metres of floor where nobody decided whether the seating was counter height or table height.

Where a mixed floor goes wrong
Lounges rarely have one floor level of seating: a counter along one wall, low tables in the middle, a ledge by the window. Two of those three need a stool at a height nobody drew, and an adjustable column is the cheapest way to close that gap without a second order.
It is not a substitute for specifying the room. Adjustable or not, a stool at the wrong height for its counter is still wrong; it just moves.
Steel base, and the weight question
Steel bases on a lounge stool have to be heavy enough to hold a column at full extension. Where the same stool is used at both ends of its range, the base is sized for the top of the range, which is why a lounge stool with a 300 mm range looks over-based at the bottom of it.
