Every LED strip fails eventually, and the failure is almost always at the driver rather than the strip. If the driver is buried inside a sealed top, the whole table comes off the floor for a part that costs less than a round of drinks. Here the driver sits in the base with a removable cover, and the strip connects to it through a pre-fitted plug in the leg, so a swap is a ten-minute job with the table in place.

The strip itself is set into a rebate in the edge rather than applied to the surface, so it cannot be peeled by a bag or a belt, and the light comes out sideways rather than up into the room.

Stainless steel on a club floor

Nightclub floors get spilled on, cleaned with something aggressive, and hit by whatever people are carrying. Stainless steel at the frame takes that without the coating failure that powder coat eventually shows at the feet. The trade-off is that it shows fingerprints, which is why the stools here have a brushed finish rather than a polished one.

Power and control

The tables are wired as a group rather than individually, on one dimmable driver per four to six positions, so the room is controlled from one point. Send the layout and the control requirement with the order; a table that dims on its own switch is not useful in a room that dims as a whole.
