Factory Wholesale Wood Booth Sofa Set, Customizable
Loose cushions change how deep a guest sits. It is the cheapest way to let one booth suit the person who leans back and the person who sits forward.

Depth is not one number
At 530 mm the seat is deeper than a guest sitting upright wants, and shallower than one who leans back wants. Most booths pick one and accept that half the room will perch.
One 350 by 450 mm cushion turns 530 into roughly 480 for anybody who wants it, and removes entirely for anybody who does not. That is a cheaper answer than two seat depths.
Cushions that stay where they are put
Cushions on vinyl slide. The back of each one has a strip of the same vinyl reversed, which grips the seat pad without a zip or a tie that guests will undo.
Covers come off for cleaning, and spares can be ordered in the same dye lot as the run.
Green, and the cushions in it
In the same cover, a cushion disappears into the back, which is what makes this work: the piece reads as one booth with something on it rather than as a booth with accessories.
Where a contrast is wanted, order the cushions in a plain fabric at the same value. Anything lighter and the eye goes straight to them.
