Light Luxury Wholesale Modern Green Leather Booth Seating Sofa
Deep tufting photographs well and collects everything a bar throws at it. 22 mm is the depth that holds the diamond without turning each button into a well.

Tufting depth is the number nobody asks about
Button the back too deep and every diamond becomes a well. Dust settles in the bottoms, spilled beer runs into them, and the cloth around each button stretches into a pleat that will not sit flat again. Button it too shallow and the diamond reads as printing rather than upholstery.
22 mm is what we hold for a back at this height. That is deep enough to keep the fold line sharp across a 120 mm diamond and shallow enough that a cloth wipes out of the bottom of each well. The buttons themselves are covered in the same vinyl, not left as bare thread, because thread pulls through a heavy vinyl within a season.
Pale ash under a dark green seat
Timber under a saturated colour has to be either clearly lighter or clearly darker. Anything close to the seat tone reads as a mismatch from across the room. Clear-lacquered ash sits far enough below forest green that the line between them stays crisp.
Lacquer rather than stain, because the box takes boot scuffs along its lower edge and a clear coat can be touched in without matching a tint. Four coats on the face, two on the ends where the run is scribed to the wall.
Two metres arrives in one piece, four does not
Runs under 2.4 m ship assembled. Past that the crate stops fitting through a service door, so the run is built in numbered sections with the joint falling behind a button column rather than between diamonds. The fitter bolts them together, then sets the join on site.
Send the wall length and we draw the sections to it. Send the door width as well, and the crate is built to that instead of to the run.
