Why arms change how a chair is used
Arms on a low chair give a guest somewhere to put an elbow and something to lean on when turning to talk. Without them, a guest sitting at an angle has to brace on the table, and that is when glasses go over.
The round back also means there is no corner to catch a hip when someone squeezes past, which matters in a room where the gap behind the chairs is not generous.
Beige, and what it needs
Beige on a commercial floor needs a sealed or tightly woven cover; a loose weave in beige picks up every mark and shows the cleaning. Specified properly it is the colour that makes a dark room feel warm without turning it pale.
Steel frame keeps the 740 mm chair light enough to move with one hand, and the arms are welded to the frame rather than bolted on, so there is no arm joint to loosen.
