Two numbers, not one
Most stools are quoted one way and delivered to a site that checks the other. Stating both, from 600 mm seat and 820 mm overall up to 750 and 970, removes the argument: the seat pairs with a counter and the overall clears whatever the room has at head height.
It also makes the four sizes comparable at a glance rather than requiring arithmetic in a quotation.
Shaped back in solid timber
Cutting the back from solid stock rather than bending veneer means the shape holds for the life of the stool, at the cost of more waste per piece. On a premium frame that is the right trade: the shape is the product.
