Backless saddle stool, H870 mm
Saddle seat and no back is the configuration that lets a stool disappear under a counter, and on a narrow bar it is often the only way to seat four along a two-metre run.

Why backless works here
Backless stools store under a counter, clean in one wipe and never obstruct the sight line. What they do not do is support a guest who stays, so they belong at a counter where the average visit is short and the turnover is the business model.
The saddle shape is what makes that tolerable: it holds the hips in place, so a guest does not slide forward as the evening goes on.
Woven seat, metal base
Woven seat over a steel base is the pairing that survives a wet floor: nothing to re-cover, nothing to rust at the foot, and a seat that drains if a glass goes over.
