One bench, one table, one bay
The 1400 mm bench seats three, and with a 700 mm round table in front it makes a bay that a group can hold for an evening. Against a wall the bench takes no circulation space at all, which is why corner bays like this add covers to a room without adding floor.
The bench is built to be placed against a wall rather than freestanding: the back panel is finished on the front face only, and the rear is closed with a plain board. That is a cost saving the customer never sees and should not pay for.
Buttoned back at 1000 mm
The 1000 mm back sits just above the shoulder of a seated guest, so the bay feels enclosed without blocking the sightline across the room. Above 1100 mm the bay becomes a box; below 900 mm it stops feeling like a booth at all.
Stone-look laminate over real stone
On a 700 mm bay table, real stone is a liability: it chips at the edge when a chair is pushed in, and a chip on a round top cannot be hidden. Stone-look compact laminate takes the same abuse, weighs a third as much and costs a fifth, and at arm's length under bar lighting the difference is not visible.
