Retro Industrial Iron Bar Set With Booth Seating
Channel tufting on a booth back is the cheapest way to make an industrial room look expensive, because the vertical lines read at a distance and the seams hide the joins in the foam.

Channel tufting and the seam that hides everything
Each channel is a separate panel of foam wrapped and stitched into a seam, so the back is built up in strips rather than covered in one piece. That means the cover does not have to stretch around a compound curve, which is why a channel back can be made from a heavier, stiffer leather than a plain one.
The seams also hide the places where the foam blocks meet. On a plain back, those joints telegraph through the cover within a year; on a channel back they are the seams.
Iron for a covered outdoor run
Iron sections are heavier than steel tube, so a covered terrace set does not move in wind or walk across a paved floor when a crowd stands up at once. The trade-off is corrosion: bare iron will rust in a damp climate, so the frames here are powder-coated and the fixings are zinc-plated rather than plain steel.
The timber is sealed on all faces including the underside, which is the face nobody thinks about and the one that fails first outdoors.
Seat height for a booth that faces the room
Booth backs at 950 mm sit above the shoulders of a seated guest, so a group in a booth is enclosed rather than overlooked. In a pub that reads as a private corner, and it also stops a tall guest from blocking the sightline from the bar.
