One order, three seating types, one finish
Mixing a bought-in sofa with a separately bought table and chair set is where club interiors fall apart, because the black on the chair frame never matches the black on the table base and the two look like they came from different places. Specifying all three against one powder coat batch removes that mismatch, and it also means a replacement chair in year three still matches the room.
The upholstery is the same contract vinyl across chairs and sofa, so a stained seat can be re-covered from the same roll rather than becoming a near-miss.
Compact laminate tops for a club floor
Twenty-five millimetre compact laminate takes a glass dropped from waist height without denting, and it does not need a coaster. Steel tops are harder still and colder in tone; timber is warmer and shows every ring by the end of the first season. On a floor where nobody uses a coaster, laminate is the honest choice.
Sofa depth in a club
Club sofas are shallower than lounge sofas at around 800 mm, so a guest sits upright enough to hold a drink and talk across a table rather than sinking backwards. Seat height at 420 mm keeps the knee below the table line, which is what makes the sofa usable as a seat rather than as decoration.
