Commercial Solid Wood Retro Sofa And Tavern Chair Bar Set
The sofa in a bar is a different object from the one in a house: the seat height has to work with a table, and the frame has to survive being sat on from the arm.

Sofa at 450 mm is not a living-room sofa lowered
Domestic sofas sit at 400 to 420 mm, which is comfortable for the back and wrong for a table. At 450 mm the arm clears a 750 mm top, so a person can sit on the sofa and eat at the table without the arm catching the edge. That 30 mm is the entire difference between a sofa that works in a bar and one that gets pushed against a wall and never used.
The seat is webbed over a hardwood frame rather than foam on a board, so it gives under a person and recovers. In a bar the same seat gets used by eight different people an evening, and foam on a board takes a permanent shape within a season.
The frame is built to be sat on from the arm
People sit sideways on a bar sofa and put their weight on one arm. Domestic frames with a single fixing at the arm will loosen in that use. Here the arm is tenoned into the frame and blocked behind, so the load goes down into the leg rather than across a screw.
Why the group is quoted together
The sofa fixes the seat height, the table has to match it, and the chairs have to match the table. Three separate orders mean three chances for those numbers to disagree, and the disagreement is always visible: one chair 25 mm lower than the rest is the sort of thing guests notice without being able to say why.
