The end of a booth is a decision
Where a run stops against a wall or a pier, the wall finishes the piece. Where it stops in the middle of a floor, nothing does, and the upholstery simply ends with a soft edge and a shadow under it.
The return is a 20 mm timber panel carried from the top of the back to the floor at the open end. It closes the silhouette, protects the corner of the seat from the chair that will inevitably be pulled past it, and gives the unit a face to be seen from.
Mint is a lighting product as much as a colour
Pale greens wash out under warm light and go acid under cool light. The swatch that reads soft in daylight can read either dusty or synthetic depending on what is hanging above the table.
Send the lamp temperature with the order and the sample goes out under a matched source. It is the difference between a colour that looks chosen and one that looks approximate.
Wall bracket and a free end
This unit fixes to the wall at the closed end only. The return takes the load at the open end, so the piece does not need a second fixing and does not rely on the floor being flat under a floating edge.
If the wall is out of plumb by more than 10 mm over the height of the back, tell us. The return then gets an adjustable scribe rather than a fixed panel.
